Four Generations
All my dad has talked about is wanting to take a four generation picture. Last summer we took this picture. He’s posted it on Facebook, so I thought I would share it with all my non-Facebook followers.
It’s a great picture. It made my dad and myself very happy. You couldn’t tell from the picture the tension and drama that surround it.
The ultimate optimist in me had a little something more in mind, a picture with dad surrounded by his daughters, grand-children and great-grand-children.
See the thing is, no never mind, if I say what I truly feel, no one will ever speak to me again. So instead, I sit like a good dog, playing the game, hoping someone will throw me a bone.
